Tequila Fruit Dip
2 cups sour cream
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
3 tablespoons tequila
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons ground almonds
Combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with sliced fresh fruit and/or berries. Dip keeps at least one week in the refrigerator.
