Robert Goulet’s Caviar Spread

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces red caviar lumpfish
3 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in serving bowl and cover and chill at least one hour.

When ready to serve, garnish with watercress and accompany with unseasoned crackers or melba toast.
